Fabric for a Bridal Veil

Fabric to make a bridal veil
The dress is made, the bridesmaids are organized and all that remains is your crowning glory – the bridal veil. Veils are traditionally made of a tulle (which is a very fine netting), the fabric is light and will hold its shape without adding weight. But while a plain tulle is always beautiful, every bride should know that there are interesting variations on fabric for veils to suit her taste and her imagination.

What do you want to consider when choosing the fabric for your veil? Firstly, the dress. If the dress has been kept very simple and elegant then there is a great opportunity for a creative veil, with a tulle embellished with flowers.
If the dress is made from a plain silk or satin but has floral details sewn on, then a light tulle speckled with tiny rhinestones can add sparkle, without distraction.
If the dress is made from a beaded fabric, then a complimentary veil decorated with tiny light-catching beads
