Conceived by Oscar de la Renta, Chairman of the Institute’s Board of Directors, and curated by Vogue’s André Leon Talley, the exhibition can only live on the very vortex of fabulous. Get inspired by dramatic lace, bewitching embroidery and sheer drama. The paintings are combined with traditional dress and significant contemporary designers to illustrate a rich mural of Spanish culture, tradition, passion and how it has influenced fashion.
